- How Do I Make an Order?
Find your favorite items on any product page, add them to cart and checkout. That's it, it's easy!
- Where is My Confirmation Email?
Lovepluscotton automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:
- Check the spam folder of your email account
- Check your Paypal transaction history
- Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history
- How Do I Find the Right Size for Me?
Can't decide if you're a small, medium, large? Choose from our size guide on any product page to help you come up with a decision. If there's no sizing line-up for your order, or if you have any other questions about the garment you want, you may contact us so we can help you choose the right size:
- Where is My Receipt?
Your Lovepluscotton invoice sent to you via email, will serve as your receipt when you make an order.
- What Type of Payment Do You Accept?
On Checkout, you may pay with your Credit Card or Paypal account.
- What Happens After I Place My Order?
We will be sending you a confirmation email. For products that are custom-made, which are created on demand, and will arrive at your doorsteps within 14-21 days! (within North America)
- What is Your Guarantee?
Lovepluscotton offers 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on all its items to make sure that we deliver high quality products all the time. If the goods you receive are flawed otherwise, we offer our customers a 30-day guarantee where we will be sending in a replacement at no additional costs.
- Can I Send My Order as a Gift?
ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipient's name and address in the shipping information field.
- Shipping, Delivery and Returns
- Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We may offer Free Shipping for some promotional products, do keep a lookout!
While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Delivery within the United States takes approximately 14-30 business days after processing, while international delivery takes approximately 14-30 business days to carry out as well. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. - What are My Delivery Options?
North America: We offer USPS Standard Delivery. This is shipping within the
contiguous 48 United States. Price may vary for shipment to
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
- How Do I Track My Order?
For orders within North America, we will be providing you with a unique USPS tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. You may enter tracking information in this portal: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

- What is Your Refund Policy?
Lovepluscotton is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with a purchase. Please contact us and we will be glad to make things right for you!
- What is Your Return Policy?
We don't want to give you more hassles. When there is a mistake on our part, we
simply send you the right merchandise without asking you to return the wrong item
you've received. You don't have to spend a dime and shipping is totally on us!
- Free Product
We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products, for any reason.
- Wrong Item Received
If you have received an order with the wrong size and/or design – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use these information to correct your order.
- Damaged Item and Low Quality Print
Please send us a photograph with your order ID and we will use these
information to correct your order.
- Missing Orders
If you have not received all of your orders, please send us your order ID
and the tracking number to help us locate your item.
- Double Billing
If you ordered one item only and is double-billed, please send us your order ID for us to review and issue a refund.
- Unauthorized Charge
We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will be giving you a full refund for this.
Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement. If you have paid with a bank account or a Paypal balance, the amount will be credited back immediately to your Paypal balance – showing the original amount and the currency used for the payment. In some cases, you may see a PENDING status which means that we have already issued the full refund and it will take 3-5 days for this to reflect on your Paypal account.
- Wrong Shipping Information (Recipient and/or Address)
Lovepluscotton can still make the necessary correction/changes to the shipping address you have entered before item is out for delivery. Changes will not be entered item is delivered.
- Wrong Product Information
Lovepluscotton can still make the necessary correction/changes on your order (quantity, size, material, color, design).
